The creative and passionate founder, Nancy Stampahar, delivers a practical, interactive and enthusiastic style to life coaching, organizational development, training and keynote speaking. Its results-oriented, no-frills, refreshing approach to work and self-development reminds everyone that "learning” and "growing” can be worthwhile and fun!

The Silver Lining Solutions’ approach runs on two factors. First, the heart of each organization rests with its employees. Second, each organization’s environment is unique, and "one-size-fits-all” formulas never do "fit all.” The same philosophy holds true for individual coaching. Organizations and individuals find that "soft" skills approaches and solutions can increase their return on investment and produce positive changes.
Nancy shows organizations and individuals how to create a collaborative environment to eliminate the "us versus them" or "me versus you" attitudes. She has found her calling and is continually helping people discover the abundance of opportunities within themselves and in the worlds around them as a coach, organizational development consultant, trainer and speaker. An award-winning author of peace, love and lemonade: a recipe to make your life sweeter, Nancy's experiences, knowledge and heartfelt words will ignite your power within to succeed, and her famed "Silver Lining Solutions" will have you making lemonade out of your lemons in no time at all!
Recently, Nancy's promo video was selected and aired on Oprah's new network, OWN. Nancy has appeared on television as a change management and adversity expert for "The Jennifer Show”. She has also discussed other topics as a guest on the radio shows: "The American Entrepreneur with Ron Morris”, "WAMO with Sly & Vicki”, "Oprah Radio XM" as well as the internet radio shows "Change From Down Under" and "VoiceAmerica, Disability Matters”. Nancy’s organizational development expertise and personal life stories have been sought after and written about in several local and national publications like Baseline Magazine, New Pittsburgh Courier, Personal Excellence, Pittsburgh Business Times and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Nancy earned her BSBA in human resource management from Robert Morris University. She has improved organizational performances and cultivated personal achievements with her human behavior and business expertise, skill development methodologies, wisdom and passion for enhancing the lives of people. With over 15 years of professional work experiences, she has achieved results for multiple industries and held employment positions that developed her diverse business skills in customer service, human resources, leadership, marketing, operational management, organizational development, P & L, sales and training in various parts of the country.
Nancy earned her BSBA in human resource management from Robert Morris University. She is passionate. She practices what she speaks. True to her company's name, Nancy believes in silver linings and the possibilities found in every day. Nancy is a resilient individual whose life experiences have shaped her into a wellspring of positive energy, compassion and achievement.
Nancy believes in volunteerism and is committed to giving back to those in need. Currently, she is a youth mentor for both Big Brothers Big Sisters and Amachi. She has served as a Trustee for The ARC of Greater Pittsburgh and donates a portion of her book’s proceeds to "The Over 21 Disabilities Project" she created in memory of her late, intellectually-disabled brother. She was the co-chairperson for the Arc 58th National Convention and received the 2009 Joe Ott Award from ACHIEVA, which serves people with disabilities, in recognition of outstanding vision, volunteer leadership and generosity of spirit.
