You know what to do. So, why don't you do it?

There are many reasons why we get stuck and unable to put into action what we intellectually know needs said or done. There are many keys to success and processes we can learn that teach us "how to” achieve our goals. People can read books and attend training workshops to learn skills and acquire knowledge about the "what-to-dos” and the "how-to-dos”. The books and workshops will not help anyone achieve the desired results if they ultimately do not "want to” makes changes. Our "want to” comes from our attitude. Our attitude comes from our thinking patterns, a.k.a. "habits of thought.” These are the things our inner voices say to ourselves like whether we can do or can’t do something; whether we’re calm, cool and collected or freaked-out, overwhelmed and crazed; whether we’ll try or won’t try.

If we truly want to achieve our personal or professional desired results, we must transform our negative habits of thought into positive habits of thought to help us get out of our complacent comfort zones. This is where we must begin reprogramming our brain at the conscious level, which is not easy, at first. Everything gets easier with practice. It does take about three weeks to three months to change a habit…stick with it and zap the habit!

Habit Zapper™ Steps:
1. Place the Habit Zapper™ on one of your wrists.

2. When a negative thought, reaction, or temptation gets the best of you, slightly pull the
Habit Zapper™ and release (ZAP IT!).

3. Think and say a positive thought to modify (SWAP IT!) your negative habit of thought into a
positive result (ACHIEVE IT!).
 
Remember, it takes about three weeks to three months to change a habit. Also, it takes about 20 minutes for a craving to go away. Be patient and kind with yourself.
